General Terms & Conditions

  • First Pay First get No hold / Stock can only be secured by payment forward

  • Please provide Unboxing video to verify any missing contents (must include all dimensions of the package that I initially shipped out)

  • Cannot be accoutable for : Minor Factory defects, Lost package during delivery, Fake goods, Dealing with Scammers

  • Not responsible for Any requests that were not arranged before placing the order. Please remember to ask me if you have any specific request

  • No refund on my proxy fee, my time and effort needs to be conpensated by all times

  • Only proceed after receiving the exact amount that's promised

Bogus Buyers

  • Please Do NOT Ask for Bank account If you are still considering.

  • I am extra careful on my personal information because it can be often abused by scammers. I would like to only share my information to the people who are actually willing to pay.

  • If you disappear after taking my bank info you will be blocked and enlisted as a BOGUS BUYER

Precautions

1. Refund
By all times, my proxy fee cannot be refunded as my time and effort needs to be compensated

  • Bank Transfer: refund is only available when the sender is whom I transferred first. If the transfer was made more than 1 month ago, I cannot offer my bank account for refund.

  • Proxy Purchase: If the website allows cancellation, I can refund you and store it as your balance. it can be transferred or used again for buying but some fees may occur.

2.In case of Scam

  • I advise you to take an extra care when choosing the seller before making decisions. Please check if your seller is credible rearding no. of followers, history, proof..etc.

  • Despite of all your effort to avoid scams, if you do enounter one, I can assist you to file a report to the police. But in the Korean criminal law, there is a limitation of my involvement because I am only a third party. But I will do my best to solve the problem and update you!

Faq

Q. Do you do World Wide shipping?
A. Yes! I can offer EMS, UPS, K-packet...etc, I follow shipping company's rate and can offer give you an estimate based on the size & weight of your item. For the fee, it will be calculated by my proxy fee rate

Q. Do you offer proxy service for Offline events (Pop-up stores, offline luckydraws..)?
A. I am only focusing on online proxy now but I might open it soon in late 2023.

Q. Can you help me with Bunjang / Yangdo / PocaMarket Proxy Service?
A. I am temporalily unavailable for those at the moment because I am restructuring the formula for my fees! Once I complete the set up, I will make a post!

Q. My item was lost during delivery, Can I get a refund?
A. As it is stated in the terms & conditions, once the package was handed over to the shipping company, I cannot take the responsibility of refunding the item price. Please understand If I were to be held accountable for what I have no controls, I cannot sell any or work as a proxy. What I can do on the other hand, is to make phone calls or write inquiries to find your package and solve the problem.

If the defect is obvious and noticeable to me, I will confirm with you first. If unfortunately not being noticed, I do NOT take responsibility since I only repack the photocards that the shops send me.- Album defects : Please understand that your purchase is second-hand , Two-way shipping (shop to me / me to your Korean address) can result some unexpected defects (bent) but I try my best to only send you the ones in good shape and pack with bubble wraps.
